The thermal pool was definitely the best part of our stay, it was always warm and clean. The breakfast and dinner were good but what we enjoyed the most was that we could choose between international and local food, which made us have a real Italian experience. , the staff was very friendly and professional.
The hotel was quite old and needed some renovation work. The room was a bit small, but that was not too important given the key location near the pedestrian area and the shopping center.
